Host a Screening Event
Please read before submitting your Request to Host a Screening Event
- If your club or Community Organisation has not hosted a Free Screening Event for some time, submit a request to host a future screening events. Your request will be considered, with regard to the time since the last screening in your location and seasonal considerations.
- The below online request form is ONLY for Clubs and Organisations.
For individual (Personal) screenings, please refer to our Book a Skin Check page, listing all the upcoming screening events, their location and online booking links.
- The Lions Cancer Institute (WA) Inc.’s Screening Program is conducted entirely by volunteers and funded by the generosity of Lions Clubs, sponsorship from business and donations from the public. With current resources we can plan for 40 screening days in any 12 months period.
Host a Screening Event Request Form
This Form is ONLY for Clubs and Organisations desiring to HOST a screening event in their town.
Individual requests WILL NOT be addressed and treated by our team.
Skin Damage
Skin damage can not be reversed: only further damage can be prevented.
Melanoma lesions
They can be any colour, Red, White, Blue, Grey or a combination of colours and most start flat.
There is no age limit
The life time risk factors for 20-40 year old in Australia is 1 in 18.
